By using the quiz or subscribing to our email list, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our quiz or subscribe to our communications.

Mindset Moms does not currently participate in any affiliate program. No link in our quiz results, on our pages, or in our emails earns us a commission from a third party. If that ever changes, this section and our Affiliate Disclosure will be updated before any such link appears, and the link itself will be marked.
Important: We make no income claims or guarantees about the results you may achieve from anything we sell or recommend. Any outcome described in our content is illustrative and not typical. Building anything of your own involves real effort and uncertainty. Your results will vary.
Nothing in our content, quiz results, or emails should be construed as a guarantee of income, financial success, or business outcomes of any kind.
Third Crowd: The Mom Edition is a digital book sold for a single payment of $17 USD. The three exercise books that extend it, The Ordinary Tuesday, The Number and Home Base, are digital books sold for a single payment of $47 USD each, or together as the Third Crowd Library at the price shown at checkout. There is no subscription and nothing recurring. Each is delivered by email immediately after purchase and is yours to keep.
Refunds: thirty days, no questions asked. If a book does not land for you, reply to your receipt or to any email from us within thirty days of purchase and what you paid for it is returned, whether that was $17, $47, or the price of the set. No forms, and you do not have to give a reason.
Because the books are delivered as files you keep, we ask nothing back. This is a personal commitment, honoured by a person reading hello@mindsetmomsofficial.com, not an automated process.
All content on our quiz pages — including text, design, images, quiz questions, results copy, and brand elements — is the property of Mindset Moms and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mindset Moms and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the quiz, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the quiz following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
